Pricing Details

Thank you for your interest in Foxglove Website Designs. This page explains how our pricing works and some other info about signing up for a plan. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Foxglove Pricing Information

Your project is assessed from the information you provide when requesting a quote.  Items included in your design are listed in the contract, i.e. number of pages, product listings, contact forms, links, and images. Requests for items that are not listed in the contract are billed separately for an additional fee.

Designs are billed on a per project basis with 1/2 of the design fee due as a deposit along with your signed contract.  Final payment is due upon completion and/or launch of the website, whichever comes first.

Hourly Service

The current service rate is $40.00/hour. Discounts on website maintenance are available to new clients who purchase a Service Plan (monthly maintenance plan). All Service Plan packages are billed semi-annually or annually.

About Foxglove's Service Plans

Foxglove Website Designs offers ongoing website maintenance* for your website. When you purchase a Service Plan, you are reserving time for scheduled or unscheduled design and content changes to your site.

Clients who have a Service Plan receive top priority and can expect most updates to be completed within 2 to 3 business days. You can expect to receive a reply by email or phone within 48 hours from receipt of your website maintenance request during the normal business week of Mon-Fri.

Whether you've purchased a Service Plan or not, I always try to accommodate any rush or emergency changes from my clients.

*Maintenance service excludes website redesigns and the addition of features requiring complex programming.

Website Design and Service Contracts

A Design Contract or Service Contract is required before work will be provided. Design Contracts should be signed and returned along with your deposit. Service Contracts need only be signed, and you will be billed for service at the end of each week.

In order to receive service, you must also agree to our Terms of Service.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. Other accepted payment methods include cash, cashier's check and money order. Personal checks must be approved in advance.
