Payment Methods Accepted

Foxglove Website Designs accepts payments via cash, check, PayPal and all major Credit Cards. To avoid delays, your payment should come from your credit card or your PayPal account's available funds. All checks must be approved in advance.

Payment Terms

The following table outlines when payments are due:

New websites and projects estimated to total $3,000 or more
  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total fee is due before work will begin.
  • A second payment of 1/3 of the total fee is due approximately halfway through project completion. For a new website, this is typically after most of the design work is done but before programming work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and/or launch of the website, whichever comes first.
New websites and projects estimated to total between $300 to $3,000
  • A deposit of 50% of the total fee is due before work will begin.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and/or launch of the website, whichever comes first.
Recurring services (such as web hosting)
  • Payments are due by the DUE DATE specified in your invoice.
All other fees and services
  • Services are billed at the hourly service rate in effect on the date the service is provided unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments are due with a term of NET 15 unless otherwise agreed upon.

Miscellaneous Fees Schedule

Returned check or bank item fee: $35
Late payment fee: $35
Delivery of website files on CD or USB: $50
Reinstatement fee: (will be charged to reinstate your account if your website hosting or other service is suspended due to non-payment) $150
